FINBRIDGE FX
ANTI-SCAM SAFETY GUIDE

Stop for 60 seconds
before you send money.

Investment scams combine a convincing person, a site that resembles the real company and a believable profit screen—then remove your time to think.

Absence from a warning list is not proof of safety. New names, domains and clones can operate before they are listed. Match the legal entity, domain, contact details and payment destination.
AD, EMAIL & DM RED FLAGS

Pause when you see these patterns.

STOP

Guaranteed returns

High returns with no meaningful risk explanation, including fake celebrity or AI-generated endorsements.

STOP

Today only

Limited places, secret groups and fear of missing out remove the time needed to verify.

STOP

Immediate move to chat

An advert moves you to WhatsApp, LINE or Telegram, where teacher, assistant and member roles manufacture trust.

STOP

Personal or crypto payment

You are asked to pay an unrelated name, a changing bank account or a specified wallet.

STOP

Another fee to withdraw

Advance tax, insurance, verification or unlock payments are serious warning signs.

STOP

Screen sharing or codes

They request remote-access software, passwords, SMS codes, private keys or seed phrases.

DANGEROUS SITE SIGNALS

Check the seams, not the polish.

Search ranking, a social badge, app-store presence and a polished trading screen are not verification. Start from the regulator’s official register, not an advert link.
60-SECOND STOP CHECK

Five checks before payment.

01Close the advertOpen the regulator’s official site yourself.
02Match the entityCompare legal name, registration, permission, domain, phone and email.
03Check your countryConfirm residence eligibility, contracting entity and warnings. Open the official links by market.
04Find the exitCheck withdrawal destination, fees, name matching and refund order first.
05Verify independentlyContact the number shown in the official register.
Stop on mismatchDo not register, submit identity documents or pay until resolved.
CHECK THE REGISTER

Official registers and warnings by market.

Search the legal entity and registration number shown in the contract or sign-up flow—not only the brand in an advert. Stop if the legal name, permitted service, address, telephone or official domain does not match.

A register match is not enough on its own. Scammers can borrow another entity’s number or impersonate a genuine firm. Check both the register and warnings, then make independent contact using details from the register.

United Arab Emirates

This is the federal CMA entry point. DIFC, ADGM and other regimes have separate regulators, so identify the entity’s location first.

UNCONFIRMED

Vietnam

Official SSC notices were found, but no public cross-register searchable by entity or licence number was confirmed.

Cross-border warning search: IOSCO I-SCAN combines alerts supplied by regulators about unauthorised firms and clones. It is not exhaustive, so use it with the relevant market’s warnings. Open I-SCAN →

Official entry points checked 27 September 2026. Order is not a ranking and no listing is an endorsement of any firm.

IF MONEY WAS SENT

Act without sending more.

  1. Stop additional payments. Do not pay an unlock, tax, guarantee or recovery fee.
  2. Contact the payment provider immediately. Tell your bank, card issuer or crypto exchange that fraud is suspected.
  3. Preserve evidence. Save URLs, adverts, conversations, telephone numbers, destinations, transaction IDs, times and amounts.
  4. Secure your accounts. Change passwords, enable two-factor authentication and review login history.
  5. Report through official local channels. Be alert to a second “recovery” scam.
For an urgent loss, contact local police and the relevant financial provider directly. FINBRIDGE does not investigate, recover funds or make legal determinations.
